Findings
Regulation & Licensing
32/100D Prime’s client agreement names one company, D Prime Vanuatu Limited, whose financial dealer licence was confirmed on the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission’s list. D Prime also cites a Seychelles licence, but the Seychelles register lists no D Prime company, and the Doo company it does list operates under the Doo Financial brand.
- HighD Prime’s client agreement (February 2026) and risk disclosure (August 2026) name D Prime Vanuatu Limited as the company clients deal with, under Vanuatu law. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission lists it as an active financial dealer, licence 700238, dated 17 April 2023. All D Prime clients appear to be served by this offshore company.
- MediumD Prime’s licences page cites Seychelles Financial Services Authority licence SD090. The authority’s securities dealer list shows no D Prime company; the only Doo company on it is Doo Financial Lite SC Limited, whose website is sc.doofinancial.com and which GLEIF records as formerly Doo Prime (Seychelles) Limited. D Prime does not name a Seychelles company in its client documents.
- ObservationOther Doo Group companies hold onshore licences under other brands: Doo Financial Australia Limited (AFSL 222650), Doo Financial Cyprus Limited (CySEC 448/24), RKX Financial UK Limited, formerly Doo Clearing Limited (FCA FRN 833414), and Doo Financial US, Inc. (FINRA CRD 24409). None of them is named in D Prime’s client documents.
Corporate Structure & Ownership
50/100The company clients contract with is identifiable, but D Prime does not say who owns it or which group it belongs to. GLEIF records the Vanuatu company as formerly Doo Prime Vanuatu Limited, with a parent that has no LEI.
- MediumD Prime’s website does not name its owner or parent, and Doo Group’s website does not list D Prime among its companies. GLEIF records D Prime Vanuatu Limited under its former name Doo Prime Vanuatu Limited and reports that its parent has no LEI.
- ObservationIn the Doo Group, the audited 2025 accounts of RKX Financial UK Limited (formerly Doo Clearing Limited) name Doo Financial Holding Pte Ltd, Singapore, as its parent and controlling party and state that it prepares consolidated accounts; Companies House lists Junjie Chen as holding 75% or more of the UK company. We found no public accounts for Doo Financial Holding Pte Ltd or for D Prime Vanuatu Limited.
Client Money & Payouts
42/100Clients deal with a Vanuatu company outside any compensation scheme. Its client agreement says client money is held on trust but may be pooled with other clients’ money and held with third parties subject to set-off, and its risk disclosure requires clients to pay any negative balance.
- HighD Prime Vanuatu Limited’s client agreement states that client money is held on trust and kept apart from the company’s own account, but that it may be held in the same account as other clients’ money, where it might not be possible to separate it, and may be held with a bank or third party where the account may be subject to set-off. No compensation scheme applies.
- MediumD Prime’s risk disclosure states that if a negative balance remains after positions are closed out, the client must pay it within five business days. There is no negative balance protection.
- ObservationD Prime publishes a professional indemnity insurance certificate for the Vanuatu company. This is a private arrangement, not a compensation scheme, and we did not review its terms.
Execution & Pricing
Not assessed in a desk audit. Spreads, slippage and fill quality can only be measured with live accounts.
Conduct & Disclosure
88/100No enforcement action against D Prime or other Doo Group companies was found in the last eight years. A 2017 Pennsylvania order against the US broker-dealer, before Doo Group owned it, is more than eight years old and is recorded but not scored.
- ObservationOn 29 March 2017 the Pennsylvania securities regulator issued a consent agreement and order to Elish & Elish, Inc., trading as Peter Elish Investments Securities, now Doo Financial US, Inc., for failing to reasonably supervise its agents and to maintain and enforce its written supervisory procedures. The firm paid $5,000 in investigative and legal costs. The order is more than eight years old, so it is recorded here but not scored.
- ObservationD Prime advertises leverage of up to 1:1000. This is offered under Vanuatu rules, so under our methodology it is recorded but not scored.
Operational Resilience
Not assessed in a desk audit. Uptime, incident history and security controls require evidence from the firm or live monitoring.
People & Community
30/100No Great Place to Work certification was found. D Prime reports a charitable programme, OneMission, which it funds from trading volume, and Doo Group reports named charity projects.
- ObservationNo Great Place to Work certification was found in Great Place to Work’s public listings.
- ObservationD Prime reports that its OneMission programme donates USD 0.01 for every lot traded and has given more than USD 480,000 to education, community and environmental causes. Doo Group reports a children’s charity study tour from Xinjiang in August 2026. These are reported by the firm itself; we found no independent reporting. D Prime’s Manchester United partnership is a commercial sponsorship and is not counted.

Evidence and scope
Scope
Desk audit of the brand’s client-facing entities, using public sources only: regulator registers and announcements, court and company filings, and the firm’s own published documents, as available on 10 October 2026. No accounts were opened, nothing was tested live, and the firm was not asked for evidence.
Limitations
Absence of a public enforcement record is not evidence of good conduct. We could not establish who owns D Prime today or whether it remains part of Doo Group; the link rests on former company names recorded by GLEIF. We could not confirm which company holds the Seychelles licence D Prime cites, because the register does not show licence numbers. The enforcement pages of the Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Indonesian and Mauritius regulators were not searched directly. The share of D Prime’s clients by country could not be measured from public sources.
