Summary
OANDA holds licences in the US, the UK, Canada, Poland, Singapore, Australia and Japan, and runs an international site through a company in the British Virgin Islands that offers 200:1 leverage and deposit bonuses. Evidence and scope
Scope
Desk audit of the group’s client-facing entities, using public sources only: regulator registers and announcements, company registries, and the firm’s own published documents, as available on 10 October 2026. No accounts were opened, nothing was tested live, and the firm was not asked for evidence.
Limitations
Absence of a public enforcement record is not evidence of good conduct. NFA’s BASIC database could not be queried, so NFA actions are taken from NFA’s published decision and news release. The CIRO, KNF and Japanese registers were not queried directly. OANDA Europe Limited’s 2025 accounts are filed as an image and were not reviewed, and no consolidated group accounts were found. The share of clients served through the BVI company could not be measured from public sources. OANDA Europe Markets Ltd in Malta, named in older OANDA documents, is not in OANDA’s current list of companies or on the Maltese register, and its status was not established.
