Serious concerns

Desk audit. TBR carried out this audit on its own initiative, using public sources only. No firm paid for it. No accounts were opened or tested, so Execution & Pricing and Operational Resilience were not assessed and do not count towards the grade. TeleTrade may respond, and any response is published in full. How desk audits are scored. See Verified audits, which our trading experts test hands-on.

Summary

The TeleTrade brand is now run on teletrade.org by a St Vincent and the Grenadines company that names no regulator. Its site advertises risk-free investment and guaranteed compensation for losses, and Poland’s financial regulator has joined a criminal complaint concerning a company operating through TeleTrade websites. Its former CySEC-licensed company now trades under a different brand.

Notes and sources

Evidence and scope

Scope

Desk audit of the brand’s client-facing entity, using public sources only: regulator registers and announcements, court records, and the firm’s own published documents, as available on 9 October 2026. No accounts were opened, nothing was tested live, and the firm was not asked for evidence.

Limitations

Absence of a public enforcement record is not evidence of good conduct. The outcome of the Polish criminal proceedings and of any review by Cyprus’s Attorney General is not known. The relationship between Teletrade D.J. LLC, Teletrade Polska and the former Cyprus company could not be established from primary sources beyond the statements cited. The Bank of Russia’s warning list could not be searched.

Evidence reviewed

  • CySEC register entry, Top Markets Solutions Ltd
  • CySEC board decision announcement, 29 April 2021
  • KNF public warnings register
  • Nicosia District Court judgment of 30 July 2026 (CyLaw)
  • teletrade.org site disclosures and promotion pages
